Lattice (CNRS UMR 8094) can support applications from researchers in section 34 (and, for NLP, in section 07, or even CID 53 or 55). The laboratory’s activities cover a wide range of fields in language science (in particular diachrony, lexis, discourse and NLP). Lattice welcomes research fellows (permanent research posts) in each of these areas.
Candidates for the CNRS 2024 recruitment process who wish to apply for support from the Lattice should contact the laboratory director, Sophie Prévost (sophie.prevost@ens.psl.eu), and send her the following by 15 January 2024 at the latest:
– a pre-project (minimum 3 pages excluding bibliography, if possible more and up to 10 pages) ;
– a CV (including a list of publications and a summary of the thesis) ;
– a short covering letter explaining the choice of Lattice, in relation to its research themes.
Applications will be examined by the lab steering committee (conseil de laboratoire). It is important to note that the support of the laboratory is important, but the laboratory is not involved in the recruitment process, which is a civil service competition.
